Founded in 2012, Micsig Technology is a nationally recognized "specialized and innovative" enterprise. The company continuously pushes the boundaries of technology, focusing on oscilloscopes and probes while consistently driving industry innovation.

 

Micsig developed the industry's first fully touch-enabled tablet oscilloscope, challenging the bulky design of traditional instruments. The SigtestUI™ professional testing system, deeply customized based on Android, is the first platform purpose-built for testing scenarios—addressing engineers' core challenges around portability and usability and setting a new benchmark for portable test equipment.

 

Leveraging self-developed SigOFIT™ core technology, Micsig has achieved breakthroughs in its optical-fiber isolated probe, filling a critical gap in the market and pushing the performance frontier. This innovation solves the testing challenges of third-generation semiconductors (SiC/GaN) in high-voltage and high-interference environments.

 

Micsig has established a comprehensive product portfolio covering high-resolution oscilloscopes and a full range of precision probes,  empowering key sectors such as renewable energy, energy storage, microgrids, electric vehicles, industrial power systems, rail transportation, motor drives, and digital energy.

● Launched the DP750 high-voltage differential probe and the CP1003 high-frequency AC/DC current probe

● Introduced the RCP500 flexible current probe (Rogowski coil), successfully establishing a product line for high-current measurements

● Released the all-new Smart series of flat-panel oscilloscopes (fourth generation), with comprehensive performance upgrades across the board

● Unveiled the SATO and ATO series automotive diagnostic oscilloscopes, further expanding the lineup of oscilloscopes dedicated to automotive repair applications

● Launched the STO2000C series portable smart oscilloscope, achieving a technological breakthrough with 300 MHz bandwidth, a 2 GSa/s sampling rate, and a 280 Mpts storage depth

● The company has been rebranded as Shenzhen Maikexin Technology Co., Ltd., completing a strategic upgrade from an “instrument company” to a “technology company”

● The DP series high‑voltage differential probes continue to expand their product lineup, with a maximum input differential voltage of up to 5,600 V peak, significantly enhancing their suitability for high‑voltage testing applications.

● Launched the industry’s first Android‑powered smart oscilloscope, the STO1000 series, marking the entry of industrial test instruments into the era of Internet‑enabled intelligence

● Introduced the CP2100 series of low‑frequency AC/DC current probes

● Launched the ATO1000 series automotive tablet oscilloscope, officially entering the specialized niche of automotive electronic diagnostics

● The DP series of high‑voltage differential probes has officially launched, completing our in‑house development of core oscilloscope accessories and further closing the loop on our test‑solution portfolio

● Leveraging the technological expertise accumulated on its all‑touch‑screen oscilloscope platform, we are launching the TO1000 series of tablet‑style oscilloscopes

● A pioneering achievement in the industry: the company launched the world’s first fully touch‑controlled tablet oscilloscope, which was awarded the Silver Prize at the 33rd Hong Kong Autumn Electronics Fair. It is the only mainland Chinese enterprise to receive this honor, cementing its position as the “pioneer of tablet oscilloscopes.”

● Shenzhen Maikexin Instrument Co., Ltd. was officially established; in the same year, its first handheld oscilloscope was successfully launched on the market.
